HOUSING IN POBLENOU

This project was located in Poble Nou, a booming neighbourhood in Barcelona.

The aim was to create several homes for 240 people, including a coworking and some public spaces.

To carry out this project, there were created two isolated wooden blocks that created some public spaces between them and the eldery home next to our construction.

There is a corridor as a connector on each floor. On the ground floor the connector is the coworking, having the views of the old part of the neighbourhood
The housing is above, with packs of 4-6 houses each, creating holes between them as working areas.
